The materials used in the current microfluidic detection board have low adhesion, which is not conducive to low viscosity liquids and solvents in the microfluidic channel, and there are bubbles generated in the ultrasonic gap, which will reduce the accuracy of the later detection data. To eliminate the generation of bubbles, we can start with surface modification of the product to improve its defects and enhance its competitiveness.
